The students of Class 5B presented their assembly on ‘YOGA AND FITNESS’. Motivational thoughts on Yoga-the only way of living and `A Healthy Mind in a Healthy Body` were shared on Thursday and Friday, 16 and 17 June 2022 respectively. An introductory speech on `Benefits of Yoga’ brought about awareness to create a balanced body, mind and soul, followed by asanas like Suryanamaskar, Gomukhasana, Ustrasana and Marjaryasana and breathing techniques on 17 June 2022. The assembly conveyed the message that physical fitness is basic to all forms of excellence and to build a strong and confident nation.
