GEETHA DHARA - Class 7

A session on Geetha Dhara was successfully conducted in two phases on Monday, 19 January 2026 and Monday, 02 February 2026 with the objective of deepening participants’ understanding of the timeless teachings of the Bhagavad Gita and their relevance in contemporary life.
The sessions focussed on exploring the core philosophical principles of the Gita, emphasising values such as dharma (righteous duty), karma (selfless action), bhakti (devotion) and jnana (wisdom). Through structured explanations and reflective discussions, the program highlighted how these teachings can be applied to personal growth, ethical decision-making and mental well-being in today’s fast-paced world.
Participants actively engaged with the subject matter, making the sessions both insightful and interactive. The discourse encouraged introspection and offered practical perspectives on leading a balanced and purposeful life guided by the wisdom of the Gita.
