Unity in Diversity
Class: 1A Date: 27 & 28 January 2026
The students of Class 1A presented their assembly on the topic, ‘Unity in Diversity’ on Tuesday, 27 January, and Wednesday, 28 January 2026. The assembly began with the introduction of the topic in the form of a conversation explaining how people in India wear different clothes, speak different languages and eat different food, yet live together happily followed by a profound thought on diversity. This was followed by a thought provoking skit on the sacrifice made by a freedom fighter to show the message “We are different, but we are one”, followed by a mesmerizing dance.
Day 2, students concluded the assembly by expressing that unity makes us strong and happy. It is important to respect differences and live together in harmony. Overall the assembly gave a message that we all need to help and respect each other, stay united like one big family. Children beautifully conveyed the idea that when we come together, we create harmony and happiness. The audience was charmed by the true spirit of Unity in Diversity reflected in the program.
