Harvest Festivals of India

Class: 2B Date: 11 & 12 JANUARY 2024

Class 2B presented their assembly on the topic ‘Harvest Festivals of India’ on Thursday, 11 January 2024 and Friday 12, January 2024. The assembly began by invoking the blessings of the Almighty, followed by the thought for the day and a small introduction on Harvest Festivals of India.
On day 2, the students spoke about the significance of Makara Sankranthi, the harvest festival of Karnataka and performed a mesmerizing dance on the same. Overall the assembly made the students understand the significance of Harvest Festivals of India and how they are celebrated in different states of India.
