The Battle between 2D’s and 2S’s

The students of class 11 C presented their class assembly on the topic “The Battle between 2D’s and 2S’s on 27 September 2024. It was in the form of a skit – which illustrated key economic concept. The skit featured a coffee shop facing supply issues, effectively demonstrating how an increase in demand or a decrease in supply can lead to rising prices and also highlighted the role of substitute goods, showing how consumers might switch to alternatives when prices climb. The assembly concluded on a vibrant note with a dance performance set to a catchy song that encapsulated the law of supply and demand.
Through this assembly, the students understood the importance of market forces and making informed choices before purchasing, which will serve them well in their future economic endeavours.
