Beat Exam Stress
Class: 6F Date: 21.02.25 and 7.03.25
Students of class 6F presented their assembly on the topic- Beat Exam Stress. The assembly was an empowering reminder that mental and physical health should always come first. As students prepare for upcoming exams, they are encouraged to implement these strategies, seek help when needed, and focus on their well-being. It was reiterated that exams are just one part of the larger journey of personal growth and learning.
Several key strategies were shared during the assembly to help students manage their stress better. These included: Time Management, Mindfulness and Positive Attitude, Physical Exercise, Proper Sleep and Nutrition. Students have presented a beautiful poem that focuses on the power of perseverance and hard work. Students took a pledge against using any unfair practices during their exams. They even put up a dance performance, highlighting it as the greatest stress buster. The goal of the assembly was to help students understand the difference between healthy stress and unhealthy stress and to guide them toward managing it effectively.
